Helpline
CLASP provides a Helpline as a service to members. Upon the request of any member, the Helpline will give opinions on the proper interpretation of Rules of Professional Conduct, CLASP Protocols and the applicability to a particular state of facts. The Helpline will also provide guidance in general procedures. To submit a question, please call the appropriate duty officer who is Patricia Henk 412-281-6555 .
Pro Bono/Modest Means
Free or reduced fee attorneys are available to help clients through the Divorce Law Project, the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern PA (CLASP), and the Modest Means Program of the ACBA Lawyer Referral Service. Look under the RESOURCES tab for a brochure explaining more about the program.
